Drone Impact Guides & Walkthroughs

Attacker and defender tutorials for every Drone Impact match type.

Last updated:

Welcome to the Drone Impact guides hub. This Roblox PvP experience pits Attackers against Defenders: attackers push FPV drones, missiles, and rockets into infrastructure, while defenders answer with machine guns, pistols, and electronic warfare (EW) jamming. Sessions support up to 12 players, maps rotate through votes (including Abandoned Fields), and modes such as Defense ask defenders to repel roughly 75 UAVs. The experience is fiction for entertainment only.

Use this hub as your map of every how-to page on the wiki. New players should start with Getting Started, then learn Controls before specializing as attacker or defender. Role-select depth also lives on Roles & Teams.

Day-one path

  1. Join from the Roblox listing, pick a team, and finish one clean round without chasing every shop item.
  2. Read Getting Started for first-match goals and shop awareness.
  3. Confirm movement, look, drone spawn/exit, and shoot binds in Controls — uncertain binds are labeled so you verify them in settings.
  4. Branch into Attacker Guide or Defender Guide based on the role you enjoy.
  5. Deepen mechanics with FPV Drones, Missiles & Rockets, and Electronic Warfare.
  6. Drill swarm habits in Defense Mode when you need ~75 UAV reps without a full human siege.
  7. Study Maps before map votes so you know which sightlines matter.
  8. Cross-check live meta on the Tier List Hub and claim anything listed on Codes when codes are active.

Attacker track

Attackers win by breaking power, fuel, and other infrastructure that keeps defender EW and AA effective. Learn target priority and teamwork in the Attacker Guide, then practice approach angles and propeller discipline in FPV Drones. When you need standoff damage or faster follow-up after a failed dive, read Missiles & Rockets — including how the v1.5 missile system and the Premium gamepass (−15s missile reload) change cadence — then skim the focused v1.5 Missiles page. Always pair strikes with the Electronic Warfare page so you know why killing power/fuel softens jamming.

Defender track

Defenders win by hearing props early, covering EW cones, and spending ammo on the threats that actually threaten the base. The Defender Guide covers AA positioning, listening habits, and when to prioritize player FPV over AI UAV waves. For the dedicated wave-survival playbook — lane filters, ammo discipline, and when to ignore AI — open Defense Mode. Pair both with Electronic Warfare so your jammers stay powered, then use Maps to pre-place guns on Abandoned Fields sightlines. Loadout rankings live under Defender Loadouts.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Attackers, Defenders, and new pilots.

Which guide should I open first in Drone Impact?

Start with Getting Started, then Controls. After one match, open Attacker Guide or Defender Guide based on the team you prefer.

Do these guides invent exact keybinds?

No. Controls lists expected PC/mobile patterns and tells you to confirm uncertain binds in the in-game settings menu.

Where do FPV tips and missile tips live?

FPV Drones covers flight and AA survival. Missiles & Rockets covers the v1.5 missile system, Premium reload value, and when rockets beat FPV.

Is Defense mode covered here?

Yes. Open the Defense Mode guide for ~75 UAV wave priorities, then pair it with Defender Guide and Electronic Warfare for full air-denial habits.

Where do I learn Attacker vs Defender team select?

Use Roles & Teams on the Players hub for squad composition and switch timing, then return to the matching attacker or defender guide.
